William Cameron. Van Veachton Rogers Harp Duo. 1927. About this image
|| About the Collection ||
The William Cameron Collection consists of manuscript and printed music for harp. The printed sheet music in the collection dates from the middle of the 19th century to the early 20th century, and includes original works for solo harp, transcriptions for solo harp, a small amount of chamber music featuring the harp, and some harp exercises and studies. Also present are manuscripts and sketches of original compositions and transcriptions, some of them presumed to be by the American harpist Van Veachton Rogers (1864/5-1933).
