Vera Charles Collection

This collection includes a scrapbook having to do largely with the American production of Sardou’s “Gismonda” at the Fifth Avenue Theatre in New York City in 1894 with Fanny Davenport as the lead, and contracts having to do with a tour in Great Britain of “The Fortune Teller,” an operetta of Victor Herbert and Harry Smith.
