|| About the Collection ||
Peggy Clark was one of the best-known lighting designers in American theater in the middle decades of the 20th century. She frequently worked with Oliver Smith, a noteworthy theatrical designer, creating lighting design for many successful Broadway and other productions, both musical theater and dramatic theater. The collection includes considerable documentation on her work in professional theater and to a lesser extent on productions with which she was associated as a student in theater.
