Glenn Dillard Gunn (1874-1963) was a music critic for the Chicago Tribune, the Chicago Herald Examiner and the Washington Times-Herald. Of chief interest in this collection is his correspondence from, among others, Ferruccio Busoni, Teresa Carreno, Percy Grainger and Moriz Rosenthal. Also included are photographs, many with autograph inscriptions, including those of Claude Debussy, Victor Herbert and John McCormack.
