Tips for Printing Series Training Materials

This document is intended to give a PCC library preparing for series training instruction on what materials it will need to print out and assemble before Series training begins. The success of a 3-day series institute depends on the host library having all materials prepared for trainees before class begins.

1. Print all pages of document; printing each session separately or not more than 100 pages at a time maybe avoid printer problems.
2. Photocopy as many sets as needed (recommend 2 sided pages)
3. Punch holes for assembly in looseleaf form in binder
4. Provide tab dividers for sections labelled by Session and Appendices

Note: Appendices H-I contain answers to exercises; these files are available only to the coordinator of the series workshop and/or to trainers

Do not distribute Appendices H-I until approp.
