Note: The purpose of this discussion is to brainstorm on the transformation of PCC series practice: simplification of practices, developing a coherent PCC standard we can all live with, and providing clear documentation of our standard and practices. Has your institution been thinking about the types of series practice changes needed? Feel free to bring ideas and share them with us. There are several forums at ALA Annual that will focus on other issues surrounding LC’s series announcement and the PCC. Concerns over the decision-making process and the implications for libraries will be discussed at:
