List of Participants
While most participants in the Cooperative Acquisitions Program (CAP) are U.S. institutions, the program is open to all non-profit research and public libraries inside or outside the U.S. The University of Essex and the Ibero-Amerikanisches Institut are international participants in the Rio Office CAP.
