U.S. RDA Test Coordinating Committee Members

Beacher J. Wiggins (bwig@loc.gov) for the Library of Congress
Wiggins is Director for Acquisitions and Bibliographic Access, Library of Congress. He represents LC on the Committee of Principals, the governance body for the cataloging code.

Chris Cole (christopher.cole@ars.usda.gov) for the National Agricultural Library
Cole is Associate Director for Technical Services, National Agricultural Library. He served on the Library of Congress Working Group on the Future of Bibliographic Control as the representative of the National Federation of Abstracting and Indexing Services (NFAIS). His career has included positions at Library of Congress, Intel Corporation, Maricopa County Library District, Kalamazoo (MI) Public Library and the Cedar Rapids (IA) Public Library.

Jennifer L. Marill (marillj@mail.nih.nlm.gov) for the National Library of Medicine
Marill was appointed Chief of the Technical Services Division, National Library of Medicine in November 2010. She has held multiple positions at both the National Library of Medicine and the Library of Congress and spent several years at the Washington Research Library Consortium.

Marcum is Associate Librarian of Congress for Library Services. She convened the Library of Congress Working Group on the Future of Bibliographic Control.

Diane Boehr (boehrd@mail.nlm.nih.gov)
Boehr is Head of the Cataloging Section, National Library of Medicine. She co-chaired the working group that developed the CONSER standard record (http://www.loc.gov/acq/conser/issues.html) and served as the Medical Library Association representative to the Library of Congress Working Group on the Future of Bibliographic Control.

Barbara Bushman (bushmanb@mail.nlm.nih.gov)
Bushman is Assistant Head of the Cataloging Section, National Library of Medicine. She is a member of the ALCTS Cataloging and Classification Section’s RDA Implementation Task Force.

Mike Esman (michael.esman@ars.usda.gov)
Esman has been Head of the Bibliographic Services Branch (Cataloging/Indexing) at the National Agricultural Library since 1995. This Branch creates the AGRICOLA database. He also was a non-print cataloger at George Washington University (1977-1986). He has been President of the On-Line Audiovisual Catalogers, Inc.,) and chair of the ALCTS Audiovisual Committee.

Judith A. Kuhagen (jkuh@loc.gov)
Kuhagen is senior policy specialist in the Policy and Standards Division, Library of Congress.  She is also a well-known cataloging trainer.

Susan Morris (smor@loc.gov)
Morris is Special Assistant to the Director for Acquisitions and Bibliographic Access, Library of Congress. She serves as the primary contact person for members of the community who are interested in participating in the US National Libraries RDA Test.

Regina Romano Reynolds (rrey@loc.gov)
Reynolds is ISSN Coordinator at the Library of Congress. She was a member of the International Organization for Standardization working group that revised the ISSN standard and co-chaired the working group that developed the CONSER standard record (http://www.loc.gov/acq/conser/issues.html). She is currently co-chair of an internal LC group that is coordinating the development of projects related to the recommendations of LC’s Working Group on the Future of Bibliographic Control.

Tina Shrader (tina.shrader@ars.usda.gov)
Shrader is the Cataloging Section Head and CONSER Coordinator, National Agricultural Library, where she has been employed since 2005. She is a member and past chair of the Continuing Resources Cataloging Committee (ALCTS Continuing Resources Section). Her career in cataloging and serials has included positions at Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania, Arizona State University, and Johns Hopkins University.

Barbara Tillett (btil@loc.gov)
Tillett is Chief of the Policy and Standards Division, Library of Congress. She is the LC representative to the Joint Steering Committee for Development of RDA.
