George Washington, Signed Survey of Land in Fredrick County, Virginia, March 22, 1750

A survey, executed by Washington, of a portion of land in Lord Fairfax's vast Northern Neck grant. Washington had been surveying properties for Lord Fairfax since 1748; early Washington surveys are extremely rare.
