Connie Willis
Connie Willis began writing full time in the early 1980s and her ever-increasing list of short stories quickly caught the attention of readers and editors alike. She has won six Hugo Awards and Six Nebula Awards, including both awards for the novel Doomsday Book (1993). She has also won a John W. Campbell Memorial Award for her first novel, Lincoln’s Dreams (1987), and her first short story collection, Fire Watch, was a New York Times Notable Book. Her most recent book is Passage (Bantam paperback, 2002). She lives with her family in Greeley, Colo.
