Richard Paul Evans
Webcast
Richard Paul Evans was an advertising executive, an award-winning animator, a candidate for state legislature and, most importantly, husband and father when he wrote The Christmas Box as an expression of love for his daughters. The final story, given as Christmas gifts to closest relatives and friends, eventually became the No. 1 best-selling hardcover and paperback book in the nation and was made into an Emmy Award-winning television movie. He has since written nine consecutive New York Times best-sellers with two of the books produced as television movies by Hallmark. He is founder of The Christmas Box House International, an organization devoted to building shelters and providing services for abused and neglected children. He lives in Utah.
