Sandra Brown is the author of nearly 70 published novels, including 55 New York Times best-sellers. Before embarking on a writing career, she worked in television -- including weather-casting and feature reporting on the nationally syndicated program “PM Magazine.” She is the recipient of B’nai B’rith’s Distinguished Literary Achievement Award and the Romance Writers of America’s Lifetime Achievement Award, and she has been honored as the International Thriller Writers’ 2008 ThrillerMaster. Her latest novel is Smoke Screen (Simon & Schuster, August 2008). She lives in Arlington, Texas.
