National Book Festival

The work of Amity Gaige has appeared in the Yale Review, Los Angeles Times, O Magazine and The Literary Review. In 2006, the National Book Foundation named her as one of the “5 Under 35” important emergent writers. She is the author of three novels, “O My Darling,” “The Folded World” and her newest, “Schroder” (Twelve/Hachette), the story of a father embroiled in a bitter custody battle who abducts his 6-year-old daughter. Gaige is a visiting writer at Amherst College.
