Giada De Laurentiis is an Emmy Award-winning chef, best known for her Food Network series “Everyday Italian” and “Giada at Home,” as well as her appearances on NBC’s “Today” show. She began her professional culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and later held positions at the Ritz Carlton Fine Dining Room and Wolfgang Puck’s Spago in Los Angeles. This autumn De Laurentiis released the first two in a series of children’s books inspired by her own adventures, “Recipe for Adventure: Naples” and “Recipe for Adventure: Paris” (Grosset & Dunlap/Penguin).
