Jane O'Connor graduated from Smith College and is an editor at a major publishing house. She is the author of more than 50 books for children, including the "Fancy Nancy" series, six of which have been No. 1 New York Times best-sellers. In addition, she has written one book for grownups, a spooky mystery called "Dangerous Admissions."
