Like her sister, Mary Pope Osborne, Natalie Pope Boyce grew up on Army posts all over the world. Boyce is the author of more than 50 acclaimed books for children. She has also worked as a children's librarian and as a teacher of English as a Second Language. Her most recent work is “Magic Tree House Fact Tracker No. 26: Pandas and Other Endangered Species: A Nonfiction Companion to Magic Tree House No. 48” (Random House).
