The Library of Congress received twelve comments on its proposed draft RI 25.13 (Manuscripts and Manuscript Groups). We thank the library community for its help with this rule interpretation.
As a result of the comments, we are making several substantial changes to the draft. As soon as the revisions are complete, we will post a new draft for another round of comments.
