The existing heading Depressions--1819 is valid according to the scope note under Depressions. It seems that the heading Depressions--1819 would be sufficient to cover the concept of the 1819 financial crisis without establishing a specific heading for the Panic of 1819. The proposal for the Panic was not approved, making the proposal to add a reference for the Panic on the Depressions--1819 heading unnecessary.
