Favorites

Favorites allow you to customize your access to specific information that you use most frequently. This includes creating bookmarks, making notes, linking to shortcuts, and saving search strategies for repeated use. Favorites can be saved for your sole use, or you can share them with colleagues at your library.

Create Folders

1. Click the Favorites icon on the Toolbelt Favorites
2. Click the next to each item that you want to insert into a folder Click checkboxes
3. When finished, click the Folders page Folders page
4. Type the folder name into the Folder Name: box and click the Save button Folder title

Open Bookmarks & Notes

1. Click the Favorites icon on the Toolbelt Favorites
2. Click the Bookmark page Bookmark page
3. Click the bookmark / note that you want to consult Select Bookmark

Session History

1. Click the Favorites icon on the Toolbelt Favorites
2. Click the Session History page Session History page
3. Type the session history name into the Session Name: box and click the Save button Session history name

Open Saved Searches / Alerts

1. Click the Favorites icon on the Toolbelt Favorites
2. Click the Saved Searches / Alerts page Saved Searches page
3. Click the saved search / alert that you want to perform Saved search
4. If you want to unsubscribe to an alert, click the X icon next to the Alert title Unsubscribe to an Alert

Link to Shortcuts

1. Click the Favorites icon on the Toolbelt Favorites
2. Click the Shortcuts page Shortcuts page
3. Right mouse-click the shortcut to which you want to link Select shortcut
4. Right mouse-click the shortcut to which you want to link. Select Copy Link Location Copy Link Location
5. Go to location / document where you want to paste the shortcut and press < Ctrl >-V
