Using the Clear All Button

You will now see a complete listing of all the resources in Cataloger's Desktop. Also, at the top you will see a box where you can Load your personal email preferences. Your email will load a cookie on your computer so that you can retrieve your preferences again after you logout and log in again.

Steps:

1. You will load your email preferences.
2. You will set your email preferences
3. You will use the Clear all button to uncheck resources you do not need. Afterwards, it is usually easier to select only the resources you want.


You will also see two radio buttons where you can select either the Desktop Basic Interface or the Desktop Classic Interface for searching as your preferred view.

In this simulation, scroll to either the top or bottom and click the Clear All button.
