Your screen will refresh with hyperlinks to the various Subject Cataloging Manual (SCM) sections. Free floating subdivisions are found in the Subject Headings Section of the SCM. To see the full section name, mouse over its link. Alternatively, roll your mouse over the center panel until it turns into a double arrow, then drag the panel as far as need to see the select the slider at the bottom of the TOC panel.

First roll your mouse over the link with the hand to see the full section name, and then drag you mouse over the circled double arrow to see how to slide the panel over and view the full section name. Last click on the circled Subject Cataloging Manual Subject Headings link to see the contents.
