Cable Royalty Claim Forms

The Copyright Royalty Board offers online and printable forms for filing of claims to cable royalty fees. Online submission of cable claims is strongly encouraged.

The deadline for filing 2010 cable claims was 5 p.m. on Monday, August 1.
