Satellite Royalty Claim Forms

The Copyright Royalty Board offers online and printable forms for filing of claims to satellite royalty fees. Online submission of satellite claims is strongly encouraged.

The deadline for filing 2008 claims was 5 p.m. July 31, 2009.
