Update: The 5-volume Television/Video Report (v 1: Report; v 2-4: public hearings; v 5 Written Submissions) was officially released on Thursday, October 16, 1997. Volumes 1-4 are presently available over the Internet at the National Film Preservation Board (NFPB) Web site, "New Projects" section. Those persons who submitted written comments, testified at public hearings, served on task forces, and otherwise aided in the report's preparation will receive a complimentary copy.
