FEDLINK Releases Fillable Forms for New and Current Customers

Just complete the appropriate .pdf form, save a copy for your records, and email the signed form to [email protected] to register, amend an Interagency Agreement (IAA) to add new products or services, move funds, request refunds or terminations, or update your contact information.

(Agency browsers may restrict the use of fillable forms.  To complete the form, right click on the form and save the PDF document to your computer.  Then fill out the form, save a completed version for your records, and email the form to [email protected].)
