Federal Taxes Library -- electronic and print versions of the following CCH publications: Standard Federal Tax Reporter, Federal Estate and Gift Tax and Federal Excise Tax Reporter, Tax Transactions Library, IRS publications and manual. Also contains full texts of the current IRS code, court decisions from 1913 - present, IRS rulings and Cumulative Bulletin Documents. Recent addition of Federal Tax Library 4 available on a yearly subscription basis. Federal Tax Archives Library -- the IRS Code and explanatory tax materials. State Taxes Library -- electronic versions of previous editions of the CCH State Tax Reporter and full text of state tax laws.
