Carino Conservation offers to provide: Conservation services for rare books and other bound library and archival materials, and Preservation consultation and training. Carino can perform preservation surveys of your library or of a particular segment of your collection. Training in preservation activities can be customized to meet the needs of your library and staff. All work is performed in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Standards for Practice of the American Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works.Materials and techniques utilized are those proven to be permanent, durable, and effective through the scrutiny and practice of the preservation community.
