ColorLab Corporation- Presv. Svc.

Since 1972, Colorlab Corp. has been providing expert service to film and video customers in the mid-Atlantic region and around the country and the world.  We focus on bringing the highest, best-researched standards of the industry to motion picture processing, timing, printing, telecine, 2K scans and more.

A full-service film laboratory, Colorlab offers film preservation and transfer services for 35mm, 28mm, 17.5mm, 16mm, 9.5mm, Super 8, and 8mm film gauges. We specialize in obsolete or highly shrunken, damaged, or compromised film that other facilities cannot handle; our replasticizing treatment has been successful in reviving countless films for “one last good transfer” or film intermediate.  Our employees have decades of experience handling unique and historically important original film and video materials.  Colorlab also processes newly shot 16mm and 35mm negative films daily.

Our technical team is assisted by our innovative engineering partners, who produce custom-designed film transferring, scanning, and preservation equipment for digital-based workflows, magenta dye fade mitigation, liquid-gate 2K scanning of films of various gauges, and rock-steady digital film intermediates.

Contact Colorlab for custom-designed workflows and quotes for your next film, video, or digital project—info@colorlab.com or 301-770-2128.
