FY2011 FEDLINK Serials Subscription Services
The current contracts with the FEDLINK serials subscription agents expire on September 30, 2010. We are in the process of getting new contracts in place with the serials subscription agents. Once the new contracts are available all serials lists over $3,000 that are currently purchased through FEDLINK (Transfer Pay or Direct Pay) will need to be competed for FY2011 funding.
FEDLINK is currently gathering the required documents from our Transfer Pay members for the FY2011 Serials RFQ (Request for Quote) process. Links to the updated FEDLINK Serials Handbook, Serials Checklist and Intent to Compete forms have been added below.
If the earliest renewal dates on your Serials Title List are February 2011 or earlier, the deadline for submitting the Transfer Pay Serials RFQ requirements is June 30, 2010.
