FEDLINK Serials Subscription Services

The current contracts with the FEDLINK serials subscription agents are a FY11 base year agreement with 4 option years (i.e. FY2011 – FY 2015).  All serials lists over $3,000 that are currently purchased through FEDLINK (Transfer Pay or Direct Pay) will need to be competed.  We have provided links below to the FEDLINK Serials Handbooks, the Intent to Compete form and the Serials Checklist.

If you wish to procure serials via transfer pay and the value of the order is over $3,000, FEDLINK needs the following three files via email:  1) Intent to Compete Serials form (under Documents below), 2) FEDLINK Serials Checklist (under Documents below); and 3) an Excel file with your list of serial titles for competition.  See the Checklist for further instructions regarding the Excel title list.  The FEDLINK Serials Handbook (under Documents below) has more detailed instructions about the competition and IAA processes, and information about managing your FEDLINK serials account.

As indicated on the Serials Checklist, please save copies of all forms, complete and return copies to both fedlinkserials@loc.gov and Lynn McDonald lmcd@loc.gov.

NOTE:  Before FEDLINK can complete the serials competition process, you must have returned a signed IAA to FEDLINK for the fiscal year in which the order will be placed.
