Franklin Book Co., Inc. is a national supplier of special order books to government, corporate and university libraries providing complete invoicing, accounting, researching and claiming services. Franklin's data base includes over 20,000 active international publication sources. Although Franklin initially specialized in scientific and technical titles, they now procure a complete range of publications in book, cassette, CD-ROM and audiovisual formats. A limited stock of new and/or frequently ordered titles is maintained on Franklin's premises for immediate shipment. Certain publications (e.g. journals, series, periodicals, etc.) can be supplied to customers on a continuing basis. Franklin is the sole international source of xerographic reproductions for books previously declared "out-of-print" by CRC Press and by Elsevier Science/Pergamon Press. Franklin's normal delivery time for domestic orders is 2-3 weeks. Rush orders may be submitted by fax, e-mail or telephone; these are supplied next-day, second-day or third-day UPS for a special handling fee ($8.00 plus freight). It is Franklin's policy to respond within 30 minutes after receipt of a request for price or availability.
