The database is available on a flat-rate annual subscription basis that allows for unlimited use during the subscription period. Additionally, Kiplinger offers FEDLINK members electronic subscriptions to its publications. Each subscription can be delivered as a PDF to specific individuals or to an organization's intranet for enterprise-wide viewing.
