This four-segment video presents the Fall 2002 FEDLINK Membership Meeting in its entirety.
Cheryl Thomas (Farm Credit Administration), Chair of the FEDLINK Advisory Council (FAC), welcomes participants and set the stage for the morning.
Following introductions, the meeting focus on "Outsourcing
and Commercial Activities" begins with a presentation by Susan M. Tarr,
Executive Director, Federal Library and Information Center Committee (FLICC)
and FEDLINK Program Director.
The meeting focus on "Outsourcing and Commercial Activities" continues with a presentation by Barbara Wrinkle, director of Air Force Libraries and Information Systems, and concludes with updates from the FLICC Content Management, Education and Preservation and Binding working groups.

The release of the newly redesigned FLICC/FEDLINK Web site follows the FLICC report and is narrated by Robin Hatziyannis, FLICC's Editor-in-Chief and Education Coordinator, and David Pachter, FEDLINK Network Program Specialist.

Joseph Banks, FEDLINK Business Manager, then begins the FEDLINK reports section of the meeting on the financial status of the organization and its accounting processes; Mr. Banks introduces Ruby Thomas, Member Services Director, for an update on Online Registration.
The morning program concludes with reports from Joan Fitts, Head of FEDLINK Contracts, and Lynn McDonald, FEDLINK Network Manager.
