This two-segment video presents the FLICC Brown Bag Session, Intranet Search Engines, held on January 28, 2003. 

This brown bag session featured several federal agencies' experience with acquiring, testing, and modifying search engines to suit their organizations' needs.

Segment I  

After a brief introduction by Rod Atkinson, the chair of the FLICC Content Management Working Group, Gerald Steeman, NASA, served as a moderator for the entire session. Christopher Connell, Institute for Defense Analyses, then outlined his experience with DTsearch and following his presentation, Monica Unger, Health and Human Services, discussed her work with Google.

Segment II

Steeman introduces his NASA colleages, Carolyn Helmetsie and Jim Smail, who give details on their efforts with Semantic Searching. The program concludes with Denise Duncan, Logistics Management Institute, who outlines her dealing with Overview.
