Cathy De Rosa, OCLC’s Vice President of Corporate Marketing, is followed by Carol Bursik, Chair of the FLICC Budget and Finance Working Group, who presents the proposed Fiscal Year 2005 FLICC/FEDLINK budget. Three FLICC working groups also update members on their efforts in the areas of competitive sourcing, content management and human resources. FLICC/FEDLINK staff then report on new and traditional program activities.

Learn about the results of OCLC’s 2003 "OCLC Environmental Scan: Pattern Recognition" report that identifies and describes the issues and trends affecting OCLC and the broader information community. De Rosa leads participants through the social, political, economic and technological spheres in which the community operates to inform and stimulate discussion about future strategic directions for the profession.
