FY2003 Budget & Fee Questionnaire

The FLICC Budget and Finance Working Group would like your input into FEDLINK's FY2003 budget and fee planning. Your answers to this brief questionnaire will help us anticipate any significant changes in the way members use the FEDLINK program. With this information, we will be better able to project FEDLINK's costs and revenues and set the transfer pay and direct pay fees fairly.

Please respond by April 25, 2002. The FY2003 budget and fee proposal will be presented at the semi-annual FEDLINK membership meeting on May 9, 2002 and will be mailed to members for formal comment in June. Thank you for your help.

6. FEDLINK is considering ways to streamline processes in the program. We would like to know if you see advantages or disadvantages for you and your agency for the following:
 

A. Direct Pay: Would it help you to just cut a purchase order to an online database vendor citing our agreement? (This model follows the GSA process: FEDLINK overhead of 1% would be included in the vendor price and payment to FEDLINK would be made by the vendor. FEDLINK is considering a pilot project for this model in FY2003 with a small number of online vendors.)
