Collection Description (Extant): Oral history interviews conducted in 1972 by Frye with leaders of the National Democratic Party of Alabama. Several follow-up interviews were made in 1978. Frye used the interviews in researching his book, "Black Parties and Political Power: A Case Study" (1980).
