Collection Description (CRHP): There are four oral histories in this collection with the University of North Carolina at Greensboro's first African Americans to enroll as students.

Collection Description (Extant): The UNCG Institutional Memory Collection was established in 2006 by the University Archives to collect the history of UNCG through oral histories. Archives staff members have interviewed students, staff and faculty to preserve the untold memories of their experience at UNCG.
