Repository description (CRHP): This repository houses an oral history collection with nearly three hundred total interviews.

Repository description (extant): Welcome to Jacksonville State University's Houston Cole Library! The mission of Houston Cole Library is to provide information services and resources to support the scholarly and informational needs of the University community. In doing so, the library strives to reflect the curriculum first, with secondary emphasis on faculty research and statewide resource sharing.

Our online card catalog will allow you to search the collections held at our Library. Additionally, the catalogs of other major Alabama academic libraries are available for online searching. The numerous databases we subscribe to will allow you online access to magazines, newspapers and journal citations and articles. Links from the home page will direct you to information on library policies, hours, and the physical location of materials.
