Repository description (CRHP): The Ellis branch serves as the headquarters for the Monroe County Michigan Library System and is its most-utilized branch. Special collections, including those devoted to General George Armstrong Custer, Federal, State and Nuclear Regulatory Commission documents, genealogy and local history, are housed here. The facility was extensively renovated in 2010.
