-  In this detail from an unidentified printed map, Sneden has traced the circuitous route he and other prisoners captured by Mosby's Guerillas during the Mine Run Campaign followed from near Rappahannock Station, Va., to Woodville, down the Blue Ridge Valley, through Madison Court House and on to Gordonsville. Sneden has annotated the map with the names and locations of many of the small communities through which he passed.
