Notes
-  Evelio Andux, age 37, of Cuban descent (father of French descent), born in Key West, Florida, sings a bakery work song which he used to sing when he worked at a bakery in Key West, Florida, where they pulled the dough by hand and threw it from one man to another. He explains the song in English, then sings it in Spanish.
-  Ybor City, now a neighborhood within Tampa, was settled in 1886 by Cuban cigar manufacturers under the leadership of Vicente Martínez de Ybor. The cigar companies moved from Key West to avoid unionization of their workers.
-  The sound quality of this recording is poor.
-  Performance Note: "La canción de panadería" (vocals with claves) performed by Evelio Andux, claves at Ybor City, Florida, on August 24, 1939.
