United Kingdom: British National Party Member Arrested on Suspicion of Terrorism

(Jan. 25, 2010) A member of the British National Party, a far right political party, has been jailed for 11 years after pleading guilty to 22 offenses, including collecting information useful for terrorism and possessing explosives and firearms. Police had discovered a significant amount of explosive devices and firearms at his home.
