(Oct 07, 2008) On September 15, 2008, the Mexican Government published extensive amendments to the rules of procedure that govern the process of review to be carried out by a bi-national panel under article 1904 of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). The provision establishes that each Treaty Party must replace judicial review of final antidumping and countervailing duty determinations with a bi-national panel review, for which each Treaty Party must adopt rules of procedure.
