Decisions.
Second indicator values distinguish between content assigned
by the Library of Congress (LC) and content assigned by an
organization other than LC.

Designates whether the classification
number is from the full or the abridged edition of the
classification schedules. The actual edition number is

Second Indicator - Source of classification
number
Designates whether the source of the class number is the
Library of Congress or another organization.
