1. Develop plan for production of "born dtb" new digital talking books (DTBs)

The plan published in Network Bulletin number 08-01 dated January 11, 2008, indicated planned production of DTBs for 2008 and 2009. Production plans for years after 2009 were also estimated and forwarded to Library Services and the Budget Office on 9/18/08.

2008 - Produce 650 DB titles (average 516 copies)

2009 - Produce 2,000 DB titles (average 575 copies)

2010 - Produce 2,000 DB titles (average 700 copies)

2011- Produce 2,000 DB titles (average 892 copies)

2012 - Produce 2,000 DB titles (average 925 copies)

2013 - Produce 2,000 DB titles (average 925 copies)
