The most powerful weapon is the type illustrated above and operated on the French Front by the United States forces. They are the longest range guns except the German super-guns which are regarded as a mechanical freak. Sixteen inch bore, sixty feet in length and weigh 100 tons and shoot accurately at miles away. |
