Leading the parade is Mississippi senator Pat Harrison, followed by Speaker of the House Henry Thomas Rainey, Florida senator Duncan U. Fletcher, Secretary of the Interior Harold Ickes, Texas congressman John Wright Patman, and Washington state senator Clarence C. Dill. They dance in short Roman robes and play horns. Each champions a cause, whether it is taxes, silver, the stock market, bonuses or legislation.

(Sometimes, the original is simply too fragile to serve. For example, glass and film photographic negatives are particularly subject to damage.
