London England. Hope Simpson, from Montreal, offering American soldiers cigarettes and candy after they have taken part in the Allied nations' procession, a feature of London's "Wings for Victory" week celebration. Miss Simpson has been living in London for six years, but was in France when that nation fell to the Nazis. She is now serving with the American Red Cross.
