NOTE: Compact disc containers (of which a "Jewel Box" is one type of container) vary in size. The inner dimensions of this storage box were determined by accomodating the largest CD containers that would not be classified as a box set. The CD containers are to be stored with their spine edge to the top so that all the titles can be read when the lid of the box is open. 29 standard sized jewel boxes can fit in this Compact Disc Storage Box. The outside dimensions of a standard sized jewel box is 5-9/16" x 4-7/8" x 3/8".
