Order for sale of Real estate=
This day came the said guardian, and it appearing to the court, by the report of said guardian, heretofor [sic] made, that the thirty acres of the North end of the East half of the North East quarter of Section Ten, in Township Twentyfour [sic] North of Range Four West has already been sold by him under the former orders herein; and it also appearing to the court that the defendant, Charlotte G. Opdycke has arrived at and beyond the age of eighteen years, and also is lawfully intermarried with one Keedy; and it also appearing to the court, by proof that it be the interest of the parties for sale to be made of the remaining tracts of land described in the said guardians petition, towit: The east half of the South West quarter of Section three; and the North half of the North West quarter of Section Eleven, both in the Township and Range aforesaid— It is therefore ordered by the court that said guardian make sale of the one undivided half of the two tracts last aforesaid, the sum being the intended therein of the said Thomas G. Opdyke; that he make such a sale, in the manner, and on the terms prescribed?, in and by the original order herein, so far as applicable; and that such sale be made on the third Monday of June. next—public notice of the time and place of sale to be given thirty days.
